Crocodile Zoo has so far engaged in and contributed to conservation and release projects for the following crocodile species: Chinese alligator, gavial, black caiman, Philippine crocodile, spiny-snouted crocodile and orinoco crocodile. Crocodile Zoo's latest project is in collaboration with FUDECI, which breeds and releases orinoco crocodiles in suitable areas in Venezuela.
