Where is Crocodile Zoo located?

You'll find Krokodille Zoo at Ovstrupvej 9, Gundslevmagle, 4863 Eskilstrup.

What are your opening hours?

Vi holder åbent hele året fra kl. 10-16, fredag til søndag. I ferier holder vi åbent alle dage enten fra kl. 10-16 eller fra kl. 10-17. Hvis du vil vide mere, så se vores åbningstider her på siden.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to Krokodille Zoo and you can eat at outdoor benches and tables, weather permitting. Cold drinks and ice cream are always available for purchase in the arrival hall of Krokodille Zoo.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring dogs to Krokodille Zoo due to loose birds and monkeys inside the tropical halls. Guide dogs are of course exempt.

How warm is it in Krokodille Zoo?

In the tropical halls, the temperature is the same as in the crocodiles' natural habitat, which is between 22 and 28 degrees Celsius with humidity up to 90%.

Can I bring a pushchair?

Pushchairs can be difficult to push through our narrow and winding corridors. We therefore recommend our guests to bring strollers or baby carriers. Please note, however, that in the outdoor zoo there is plenty of space to get around and enjoy our animals. When we build new buildings, we will do our best to make it easier to get around with prams.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation or my tickets?

If you have not received your order confirmation or tickets via email, please contact us via the contact form on the website. Please note that order confirmations and tickets may end up in spam/junk mail. Therefore, please check this folder.

Can I get around in a wheelchair?

Unfortunately, due to narrow and steep walkways inside the Crocodile Zoo itself, it can be difficult to get around with wheelchairs. In the outdoor area, however, there is plenty of space to get around and enjoy our animals. When we build new buildings, we will do our best to make it easier to get around with a wheelchair.

Can I get a visit from the Crocodile Zoo?

Crocodile Zoo is happy to come and visit you. Our visits have a duration of 2 hours and can take place all year round. We bring three animals and a guide for the visit. Does Krokodille Zoo have trolleys available?

Unfortunately, no. Unfortunately, Krokodille Zoo does not have trolleys available. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you need it.

Do I have to pay for my companion?

No, we accept companion cards. This means that if you are disabled and therefore have a companion with you when you visit Krokodille Zoo, your companion is free.

School: Should we announce our visit?

It's always a good idea to let us know when your primary school class is coming to visit Krokodille Zoo. This way we can ensure that we have guides available for you and the other guests.
